Why Mangaatha audio release delayed?

Rumours about the audio release of Mangaatha have been doing rounds since April 2011. It was earlier reported that the music would be launched on Ajith Kumar’s birthday (May 2). But it did not see the light of day. However, it continued to be a mystery, as the makers of the film did not reveal the reason behind it. Now, music director Yuvan Shankar Raja has spilled the beans on the delay.
The ace musician claims that a tune composed by him earlier was not liked by the makers of the film, which delayed the the audio launch. Explaining this to his fans on Twitter, he said ,“The reason for the delay in Mangaatha audio is we had to scrap 1 tune n record a fresh. I wasn’t happy with the old tune for but now da new 1 sounds much better….”
Talking about the audio launch, Yuvan Shankar Raja wrote, “Mangaatha’s audio, in all probability, will be released next month, we are told.” Meanwhile, Dhayanidhi Alagiri has said that the movie unit is not delaying intentionally. He tweeted, “The team is not delaying the audio release wantedly ! Work is goin on day n night ! We don gain anything by delayin it ! UNDERSTAND !”

Rajinikanth did not get VIP treatment at airport.

Rajinikanth, who was grandly welcomed by his fans, was not treated with respect, when he landed at the Chennai airport on Wednesday night (July 13). The superstar, who arrived from Singapore with his family, was not properly facilitated by the officials and did not consider him in as a VIP.
The universal Kollywood icon was reportedly made to travel by a bus rather than providing a taxi from the runway. Adding to that the airport officials delayed him in clearing on entry into the arrival terminal. A source complains, “Generally, for VIPs, they provide taxis for their convenience and clear without much checking. But in Rajini’s case, they provided a bus and failed to accelerate the process.”
He further adds, “Even though, they know that he was not fully recovered, the sleuths did not finish the procedures quickly. Nonetheless, Rajinikanth had no issues rather he co-operated with them like an ordinary citizen. The security at the airport was also not up to the mark. Knowing that the Endhiran star’s arrival could bring in a lot of his fans, the cops would have tighten the security, as he faced some minor difficulties while going out.”
“It looked like Rajnikanth’s family did not inform about their arrival to CM Jayalalitha. Had they seek her help, she would have ordered the authorities for a speedy clearance of the superstar.” The source concludes.

Nayantara priorities have changed

IG reported to you the last day shoot of Nayantara’s Telugu film, ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ where she wept inconsolably. Although, word spread like wildfire that this would be her last film as she will soon enter wedlock with Prabhu Deva, the actress has finally opened up.
She expressed that, she can’t confirm if this is her last film but can only say that she hasn’t signed any further films. Further adding, she said that her priorities have now changed.
“I don’t know if I will or won’t act again. I didn’t sign any other film till now. I don’t want to talk to media about Prabhu Deva. If there is something to be told, I will inform the media about it. Now my priorities have changed” Nayantara said.
The actress claimed that the unit of ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ took immense care of her like a family and respected her a lot while shooting and since that was the last day of shooting, she couldn’t control her emotions.
